Staff was super helpful and friendly, room was perfect for a family of five, beds super comfortable, lol was awesome and clean. I e enjoyed our stay. Parking fee was $20 a day which compared to the other garage we parked that was the cheapest.

Reeta was helpful however one of the room attendants stole money from us while we were at breakfast. The house keeping manager was dismissive saying that we should keep our items in a safe. Which is not the point when we didn’t order room service. It seemed very clear that the house keeping manager was on her new employees side also note we were not provided a do not disturb carton! She was also a new employee,no offer for a discount or refund. This hotel also has no cameras which is very strange. Also there was black mold in the corners of the bathroom. And the sheets are only folded not completely swapped for new ones. The reason why I booked this hotel is because it’s family friendly but I would not stay here again.

This is an ok place to stay at if you’re looking for an alternative from the casinos. The bathtub is maybe 5 feet wide. We stayed on the 12th floor and the window had a constant whistling; very annoying. We called housekeeping for more towels and they never came.

Elevator quit working for almost 2 hrs during key time of day. I had to take the stairs to my room on the 18th floor. Staff were rude, unhelpful and didn’t offer ANYTHING for the inconvenience. Absolutely no accomodations for handicapped people.

Number One positive was the front desk clerk Samantha. She was knowledgeable, personable, funny and very responsive to questions and requests. She was a highlight. The room was very good even if it wasn't gorgeous. Spacious. Mattress very comfortable. But I think the lighting should be warm LED instead of fluorescent. Two bed table lamps would be better than one bar above the headboard. The free breakfast was kind of a zoo, like most are, but the employees were very helpful and friendly. Elevators ran very well. And I especially loved no smoking and no gaming.

This was a last minute booking that was perfect for me. The free breakfast 😋 was delicious. They was a wide variety of choices. Carnivores to Vegans who have been happy 😊 I would definitely stay there again. The stafd was very heloful and friendly.

Great that 18 year old daughter could check in so that she could go to Twitchcon. One of the handful of places possible and an excellent choice. Spacious rooms with good bathrooms. Clean. Free breakfast included. Easily walkable to the Convention Centre and Strip. Daughter said she felt safe there and walking in area. Staff were really helpful after she had to return to Springhill from another hotel near airport which they felt unsafe in. Highly recommend Springhill Suites as nothing like that there. We also stayed in Springhill Suites Anaheim in June which was also excellent.

The property was very convenient for my family. The first night we had cold water, but it ended up being a great stay overall. Everyone was nice. The breakfast was good. We were comfortable during our stay. We will stay here again.

I enjoyed my stayed here. The location was very quiet. I liked the bedroom which I was able to have a good rest for a few nights. The interior was kind of dark which I didn’t like. Only thing I wish was that the shower room and the bathrooms were together. However, the bed was comfortable. Waking up to the view of the Sphere room my window. Moreover, it was convenient for me to Uber around the city. Since the location is off the Las Vegas Strip but, you’ll get a lot of peacefulness. The hotel includes breakfast but, any American breakfast it’s just pretty average only. All in all, I would only rate this place a 4.3/5 stars. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay just for work trip or an event.

Lumpy pillows, gross small old towels, moldy shower, rusty showerhead barely had pressure, breakfast sucks, for the price you would expect a much better hotel.

The hotel was well taken care of. Staff were helpful and gave us an amazing room with a view. Lots og construction in the area which cant be helped. Easily walkable to the strip. Great value for the money.
