Staff was very helpful in upgrading my room to one with a better view.
I think the pool area is over-regulated. I accidentally went to a closed area and immediately left after a staff member told me it was closed. But I still got yelled at by a security guard. I go to the pool to relax, not to be treated like a criminal, lol. And there is no hot tub for regular guests.

Check-in was very smooth. The beds are comfortable.
There is nothing in the room to make yourself a hot drink: no water, no boiler, no coffee, no tea. When you are jet-lagged from a long trip. That is extremely important.
