The rooms were clean but the bed sheets were starting to look a bit old and used.
The staff were fantastic, everyone at the pool area made our stay very enjoyable.
Breakfast and food and bar, were great!!!

Beautiful room but some initial issues. Some mold in fridge. Initially had water on the ground from toilet and open vent. Great breakfast. Aesthetically my style. Loved the lobby boutique. Great staff. Outside was beautiful but some difficulty with lugging luggage and most taxis would not drop off us within the property grounds

We had an amazing stay at Galfi.
Accommodation was superb, clean to a very high standard and rooms cleaned daily.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
First time at an adult hotel, we would most definitely stay here again if we returned to Ibiza.
Excellent location also.

The hotel was great and the outdoor areas were lovely and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and never full so always had some there to sit. The rooms were decorated lovely and well maintained
