Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at Victoria Beachcomber as an Indian family with kids, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is amazing—massive, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location. The sunset views from the resort are simply breathtaking and were one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a ground-floor double room, which was very comfortable and offered lovely views with easy access to the beach, making it especially convenient for families. As vegetarians, we initially found the buffet options somewhat limited. However, Chef Iqbal went above and beyond to take special care of us throughout our stay. Every day, he lovingly prepared delicious Indian curries and fresh rotis, ensuring that we always had a satisfying meal. His hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference. The Kids Club was another standout feature. Our 8-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the games and activities organized by the team. The staff took excellent care of the children, keeping them engaged and entertained, which allowed the adults to relax and enjoy the resort. We also loved the complimentary water activities. The glass-bottom boat, paddle boat, and kayak were fantastic additions and added a lot of fun to our holiday. Every evening, the resort organized cultural dance performances showcasing local traditions and dance forms, followed by a DJ night. The location and the beach is fantastic. The hotel rooms will benefit from refurbishment. We had a great time overall. One advice, don’t book trips and experiences from the person that usually deals with that in the hotel. They are way too expensive.

From the moment of arrival we were warmly welcomed to the Victoria Beachcomber Hotel and Spa Resort. Our arrival was a few hours before the allotted check in but we were shown to a shower room to freshen up and given cool refreshments which was most welcomed. Introduction to the facilities was carried out succinctly with true professionalism. We were allowed to use the dining room for breakfast before checking in too. The staff have been professional friendly throughout. Entertainment varied from day to day. A great holiday location. Would highly recommend.
