Verschiedene Strände ums Hotel, genug Liegen, tolles Riff, schönes Zimmer mit grossem Bad

Da das Hotel gleich am Flughafen ist, muss man mit Fluglärm rechnen, mir hat das aber nichts ausgemacht. In der Nacht ist es ruhig

Séjour réussi et reposant dans un beau cadre.

Hôtel très vaste mais bien agencé dans la baie (3 plages) Bel établissement. Beaucoup de restaurants. Fitness center et le spa center excellent.

Bruits des oiseaux agaçants. Chats errants aux abords du restaurant. Disposition du buffet au restaurant principal Restaurants à la carte : menus pas assez variés. Café servi médiocre.

Disappointing

We had a reservation from 25.02. to 28.02. Due to suspected cholera on the ship Norwegian Dawn, we were unable to disembark in Port Louis and immediately informed the hotel and asked for cancellation. We were told by other cruise guests who had the same problem that they were able to cancel without any problems and that the hotels accommodated them. Unfortunately, this hotel was not accommodating at all, although Booking.com agreed to refund the amount with the hotel's consent. We are therefore very disappointed with this hotel and cannot recommend it under any circumstances. Because only those who do not appreciate their guests behave like this.

The full board rate was not worth it Italian restaurant not being available was very disappointing

Facilities. Buffet breakfast. Availability of sports usage . great beaches both sides

For our group we had told reservations that we all had different food preferences so the 2 restaurants suggested really didn’t suit each night. Cocktails were watered down even when requesting doubles they didn’t pour the extra. Planes noisy and the fake bird of prey sounds annoying

Enjoyable.

The location is great, most staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was great and the general atmosphere was great.

Needs a refresh, but I think it’s to covid, most hotel rooms are not in the best shape.

Magical stay

The location ... being surrounded by beach and lagoon. Close to the Airport.

Staying on the 3rd floor was a bit difficult for hubby but we managed. Piece of advice ...when booking request a lower floor if you have a knee problem.

A family resort that ticks all the boxes; very friendly staff (especially for a resort of that size)

Larger family oriented resort that has all the services and amenities one would expect. Proximity to airport a definitive plus. No noise from the aircrafts taking off but great to be able to maximise time on the beach with only 10min drive to airport. Staff very friendly

Very good and recommended resort

An exceptional hotel, we were on our honeymoon and received some extras during our stay as was promised..:-) The hotel is located near a coral reserve with convenient access and good visibility in the water All hotel services were on the best side as expected from 5-star hotel

great amenities including wide variety of water sports , beautiful spa and tennis courts. breakfast buffet offers good variety . the staff are generally friendly and helpful

food can be rather mediocre in some of the on-site “ premium” restaurants, one is better off sticking to the buffet restaurant which does not come at an extra charge whilst the food offers variety of generally good standard

Great stay and wonderful people

Starting from the rooms, which were given to us as we had a baby were perfect. Close to dinner place, close to the beach and children's area. The cleaning staff did they work at a very high level. The food was great on all days we stayed. Especially meat and fish. A lot of things to do at the place and free activities all around. Bar staff was superb.

There were kayaks available only from 11:30. Staff was there every day from around 10:00. We would love to go there when it is not so hot. Why is it not available? Strange. Also, for volleyball, you have to go to the sport center everytime. Leave a ball at a bar or a few of them at kayaks. Also strange.

great hotel to relax and rest with not so great food in main restaurant.

Great location, beautiful beach’s, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, bars and beach service! you can really rest in this hotel!

main restaurant with very poor service and food, lack of choice. for a few days being here I had to eat pizza and chips every day. waiters are not friendly, they look and move like half asleep. The tables are not really clean. we saw the waiter, cleaning the floor around the table and with the same brush sweeping the table. it’s disgusting. if you come in the end of breakfast, lunch or dinner time, the shelves are empty .

Rooms were excellent except for the curtain runner. food was very good and the beach and staff were excellent. Will definitely return again.

A 2 star airport hotel

big area with a lot of (included) activities

- it is directly next to the airport, so you have jets flying over you in around 50m altitude every 10-20 minutes. It is very very loud!!! - rooms are super worn down and need a renovation - the restaurants for dinner a booked out for days. so when you get there you end up going to the dinner buffet for the first couple of days before you get a table at one of the proper restaurants - the lunch and dinner buffet is super bad! zero taste, flies everywhere

Food is excellent. Rooms are modern and clean. Really comfy beds also

Thought the service around the beach and swimming pools could have been a bit better. Don't allow smoking.

Location, facilities and meals - fantastic!

Drinks are totally over-priced and inconsistent in volume (we only had soft drinks and juices). The charge for a cold drink was literally four/five times the normal retail price.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful resort, very spacious and fantastic layout. The two pool areas on opposite ends of the long beach ensures it never felt crowded for us. The main dining area served delicious local and international food, we particularly enjoyed the seafood and Mauritian local themed evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile on a number of occasions.

Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay and the resort met our expectations.

Amazing relax

Outdoor activities, hotel boutique and especially Mrs. Corinne, helpful and friendly staff everywhere in the resort. Amazing spa and unforgettable massage (Big thank to Hama & Suchita). Room was perfect. All restaurants offer amazing taste experience. Multiple private beaches. Evening events.

Everything! We are so happy that we chose this hotel! Everything was clean, beautiful, staff was friendly and made us feel welcone. Beautiful surroundings and only 8 min from the airport. We enjoyed our stay there to the fullest!

A luxurious hotel at the best place in Mauritius

Our room was almost at the beach and we could go snorkeling from the terrace. The beach was beautiful and there were different places to go for a swim. The pool was nice and restaurants charming.
