Wonderful reception staff. Great location. Room cleaning is poor. Breakfast : standard is poor with products (yoghurts) beyond expiration date.

5 night at this hotel and here’s my review PROS: -fantastic location, literally across from train station . We did daily day trips and used train station a lot . -average size room (prob large per European standards) -comfortable beds and great linens, good choice of pillows -large bathroom with amazing towel warmer, shower with strong water pressure -overall good breakfast (was included in the price of our stay ) -kind customer service -clean facilities CONS: -rooms have very limited storage space for your clothes -BATHROOM: Huge hazard for those with either limited mobility or simply being short . Entrance into the bath tub is challenging (huge step up with no handles and with extremely slippery surface of the bath tub ) -for a 4 ⭐️I’m shocked to see that only 1 small bottle of shampoo is offered . No conditioner/no body lotion /no mending kit etc -HOUSEKEEPING: clearly they don’t care if you put “do not disturb “ sign I didn’t want my room made one day and yet it was ignored. Interestingly enough only one towel was changed , trash left behind and my face cleanser disappeared. On other days , hand towels were left behind and only large once were exchanged -BUFFET breakfast The same stale walnuts (for yogurt)were there and with each upcoming days fresh fruit started to disappear, nothing was re stocked . -We asked to fix the window one day and it was never done . -common areas bathrooms was constantly missing either toilet paper or soap.

Bed is big and comfortable, The windows are so good that isolated the noises from street.Breakfast larch options, the minor issue were in Sunday and Monday some of the food items end too early and no replacement. We like the hotel location, it is easy to have a base at Strasbourg and travel to close cities by train for day trip.

the mattress was like a rock, and the cheap hard foam pillow was useless. I did not sleep. pretty hotel- bad bed and no sleep

Poor quality of service/price. Same breakfast options each morning. No fresh towels daily, without specifically asking, contrary to what was explained at the reception. No notice of what time room would be ready, despite the promise at the reception for a text or call.

This clean, quiet and friendly hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is robust with lots of choices. I will stay here again.

Perfect location for traveller. 2 mins walk to train station.

They only had a single hand towel in room when I arrived. I asked for another but did not receive it. Next day upon returning from sightseeing found no towels at all. Finally received a hand towel and bath towel after complaining to desk. I went to check out at 5:15 and spent 15 minutes looking for a desk clerk before leaving my room card under front desk keyboard.

This property is very nice. We reserved a jr. suite because we travelled with my 10 year old grandson. Inez at the front desk was so helpful and nice. She upgraded us to a balcony suite and guided us to a great restaurant. The staff is very nice here. Very nice stay.

Great location close to station, but easy walk into all the sights too. Plenty of options for food round about. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee in room, we enjoyed our stay

Right outside the Strasbourg train terminal. Close to restaurants and town center. Staff is friendly and professional. Though the room is a bit small, it clean and functional. Happy with the stay and will come back next time in town.

This was a really pleasant hotel. The room was immaculately clean and a good size. USB ports in several places including conveniently beside the bed. The air conditioning was excellent. When I unfortunately became unwell on the last day the staff could not have been more helpful.

Good: location, room, staff, facilities, Bad: breakfast was disappointing in terms of quality and variety. Soggy day old croissants are not what one expects from a four star hotel…

We liked the convenience of the hotel as we needed to be near the station . Our only reservation about the room which was excellent, we couldn't make the air conditioning work. The room was very hot so we opened the window. This made our night rather noisy.

A well located hotel with good sized rooms. Very convenient for all of Strasbourg. Excellent aircon during a heat wave and nice amenities such as fridge, robes etc. Some staff incredibly helpful, others more brusque. Some signs of wear and tear in the room surprising in a four star hotel.
