Sewer smell in the hallway 2 nights in a row. Picture frames ripped apart. Patio to pool has weeds all over it. Air conditioner loud and outside condition of air component, broke.

Overall the hotel was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought could be improved on was the breakfast. It was never hot, the quality of the produce wasnt great and had to use plastic cutlery and paper plates! Definitely room for improvement.

The pool was closed due to the health department closing it. We have a young child that looks forward to swimming when we stay at a hotel. He was very sad and even cried. It would have been nice to be informed before checking in.
Also the fridge did not work at all. All our food and drink became warm.

Our stay was great except for the breakfast attendant. When we checked in the staff person at the front desk told us twice that breakfast was opened from 6 am-10 am. We went to breakfast at 9 am and a very surly attendant told us it closed at 9 am. With a bad attitude, she grudgingly gave us 2 plates. I asked for a bowl for cereal. She was not happy with that. When I asked for a spoon, she really went off and started dumping boxes until she came to spoons. I was nice to her but her attitude was very rude! Everyone else was great! We usually use this hotel yearly when we visit family in Louisville for Thanksgiving. I am not sure we will use it again!

The only down side was the AC ventilation unit in our room was very noisy. At a certain point when the fan came on it sounded like a diesel truck was idling in the room. I am a sound sleeper and it woke me several times during the night when it cycled on. Maybe just needs some maintenance.

Very clean hotel. Requested additional wascloths due to only 2 in room and gave immediate response. Breakfast was good with reasonable hours. Overall, very good experience.

Very comfortable beds and clean room. We were traveling through the area on a road trip and our stay here offered us a good night's sleep. Breakfast was above average for what one would normally get at other hotels that include breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Looks like they are or have remodeled a good portion of the hotel. During our stay they were painting the exterior. So well maintained and up to date decor. It was a nice stay and the mattress is awesome!!

Hotel was very nice and clean but the lady at front desk was the rudest I've ever seen. I told her our tv wasnt working and that I needed a sheet and blanket for pull out bed and she nearly bit my head off.

The staff was really great. Very friendly and helpful!! This is a bit of a budget motel and the size and everything was just right. On the surface everything looks great! It was the little things that help you know you paid low for a reason. My fridge in the room was loud, the microwave stank too bad to use, the night stand had a ring on it from someone's drink when I checked in, the thermostat on the wall didnt work, and changing channels on the tv took 20 seconds between each channel. Just a slow piece of tech I guess. Hey, my bed was comfy, I slept well, I felt safe, and didnt overpay. I'll take it!

Very disappointed , reserved 2 queen bed room for a weekend trip weeks in advance and was given a single king with a loveseat and the hotel was booked up and with all the other hotels in the area booked up we had no choice other than take it.

Breakfast was extremely lacking. Waffles, sausage patties, eggs and english muffins? The juice machine spit out a hint or juice after water and followed by water - orange, apple and cranberry. Stick to the WATER and coffee. Otherwise pleasant stay.

They had a separate location for Gluten Free breakfast options!!!! Make your own fresh GF Waffles, bread for toasting, cereal etc. All good!
You should note that in your description on the travel sites. It makes a HUGE difference to those with allergies that travel.

We were nicely greeted by the front desk and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and the morning breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and was delicious!

The hotel has a clean, open, and well lit walk in. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods and hot.

I thought that the maid service at this location was particularly thorough and thoughtful, ensuring as much cleanliness as possible while minimally disturbing/moving our belongings. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and attentive. The staff really stood out (in a good way) to me during my stay.

Check in was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Nathan was especially nice. Clean, comfortable room. Mattress and pillows great! I really appreciated the choice of gluten free breakfast items!! We have never seen that in a breakfast buffet. Thanks!
