Check in was fast and easy, clerk was friendly. Elevator made too much noise and I was not really comfortable riding it. Getting to and from the venue was easy. Room was clean and well taken care of.

This hotel was a very nice choice. The only thing that was disappointing was that the 4 mornings that we were there, the breakfast was all the same. I guess anything was better than nothing, but some variety would have been appreciated.

The stay started with a friendly check-in. The staff was very professional. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Love the Sandalwood lotion you provide. The next morning breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The staff was very friendly, the bedroom was clean, the sink was broken, the toilet was tilted. Funny, the hallway wasn’t very clean, the remote control, for the TV was broken, and no floor. Below me was very noisy with machinery or something.

It’s ridiculous that I had to put down a $100 deposit on a cheap hotel. It was clean which is all I care about the deposit amount is ridiculous!

The hotel is fine for a night. Our room smelled terrible like strong food smells. It was like there was a pizza with everything on it under the bed.

The desk staff was barely polite upon check in. When we got to our room it smelled very musty and the tv wasn’t programmed. The same desk staff fixed it and was pleasant about doing so. Breakfast was terrible! The eggs had been baked, then cut into pineapple-like pieces. Sausage was soggy. Instant oatmeal tasted stale. We went to McDonald’s.

It's a no-fuss no-frills kind of stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were nice. I saw a few out-of-order signs but nothing serious was wrong.

Carpets are nasty and sticky. Toilet tissue was so thin as to be unusable. Homeless people sleeping in cars on adjacent property.

Rooms were clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. Bigfoot must have had the room above us, and his active hours were between 2 and 4 in the morning. However, not the hotels fault. It was quite noisey though. Other than that, good breakfast, safe parking lot and comfortable rooms. Would stay again

Absolutely the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel. The manager, the desk staff, the cleaning staff, and maintenance personnel were extremely professional, polite and accommodating. The mattresses were the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on. To be sure, this hotel is older, yet the cleanliness was great. We stayed for a week for the Run 4 the Roses Classic and Championship Girls Basketball Tournaments. The hotel was very convenient to the venue and had all the amenities necessary for us. I definitely will be staying here again!!

There were a lot of people in the lobby near our room that were very loud until 12:30 pm making it difficult to sleep. It continued for several hours.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only drawback was loud neighbors and dogs fighting well after midnight. A change of room into one with a constant on fan/airconditioner solved the problem and I was able to get at least a few hours sleep. Would stay here again.

There was black mold around and on the window sill which is very dangerous to your health. When you took a shower the water was all over the floor like the tub was leaking. The carpet in the room that is "pet friendly" was disgusting. You can't offer pet friendly rooms and then have carpeting that is all stained and looks gross

The pillows were horrible. You get 4 square pillows that go completely flat when you lie down. My neck was killing me the next day. I Had to go buy pillows. The vending machine had 1 beverage stocked out of 6. All available was diet coke which I don't drink. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel. I felt safe as well.
