Overall the hotel was excellent. Great breakfast and coffee. However, my room wasn’t cleaned for two days and everyday I had to have my room key reprogrammed. The first day the front desk said my room wasn’t marked clean but they would make sure it was cleaned the next day. When it wasn’t cleaned the second day I was told it was because the do not disturb sign was on the door. It was, until we left for the entire day (around 11am). My room was finally cleaned on the third day.
