We needed to move our reservation up by one day and they were able to accommodate. Theaddwd cost for our pet was very reasonable compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at.
Our room was spacious but the air conditioner had trouble keeping it cool and the humidity level in the room was high, resulting in a damp and musty smelling space. For one night it was OK.

The pool was supposed to be heated and it was definitely cold.

The location was convenient for my stay.
Our room was a handicap room, which wasn’t needed or asked for. There was an odor throughout the hotel that was unpleasant. Staff was hit or miss on friendliness. The price tag did not meet the quality of our stay.
