Check in was great! Sheree at the front desk was outstanding. We had an issue with stains on the sheets. We told Sheree and she immediately got the problem fixed. This prompt action from her made our stay more at ease for the rest of our trip.

Our room was ok. Tub didn’t have a stopper in it or enough towels had to call down for those. Breakfast area was a complete disaster local kids were taking all the food and making noise. Trash was everywhere

The stay way horrible!! I paid for my mom to have a relaxing stay instead she had to change rooms three times. Someone was having a party so she had to complain and one of her rooms wasn’t ready so she change rooms again. I want a refund or a free stay!!

We were super pleased by the front desk service. When we checked in we found that our room had not been cleaned very well. Before we were able to report it, Sheree from the front desk called to check to see if everything was okay with the room. My wife told her about the issues and Sheree got to work right away and put us into another room. She followed up on everything and made it right in a pleasant and professional manner. The cleaning staff dropped the ball but the front desk picked it up and ran it back all the way. We have encountered dirty rooms in other places but they never dealt with as well as the front desk staff did here.

The hotel is in a great area. Restaurants and shopping very close. I understand that most hotels are understaffed nowadays but housekeeping needs to double check because the trashcan in the kitchen was not emptied.

When i check in the lady was so nice cant remember her name but she was very nice lights didnt work in the room carpet coming up food was just gross toliet was clog then we ask another lady at the front desk with dreads told us dont flush the toilet leave it alone she got a attitude with my husband when he ask for help with toliet no help just nasty attitude and tge breakfast is gross i wont stay here anymore for all that money i spent your slacking marriott

The staff were all outstanding. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The hotel would benefit with some basic repair and upgrades. We have stayed here twice. Both rooms need modernization. Especially the couches and chairs.

The property is nice and clean including our room. Checking in later after 11pm at night was a bit of pain as they lock the front doors and you need a key card to get in. I knocked on window / door until someone opened it but after being in the car for 6hrs it was a bit annoying waiting around. The toilet didn't always refill up with water so I had to wait 10-15 mins to flush after someone else was in there yet the shower and sinks worked fine. The kitchen / plates / utensils / fridge were all clean and nice to use. I am not sure why most hotels no longer clean your room or at least make your bed daily. The thing that really is annoying is charging for self parking after your stay. This should be included in the total price or don't charge for it.

Not sastified i book 2 room for 7 people when I got there we can’t fit in all 7 people's we have to go to walmart to buy air mattress .. on top of that they charge for parking space..

I reserved a 2 bedroom unit for 3 nights and was completely disappointed. Firstly, Hotels.com did not inform us of the $12 per day parking fee. We found out at check-in. The room and facility smelled liked dogs. Dogs were everywhere during our stay. The pull out couch was disgustingly stained, dirty, lumpy and without linen. My son could not sleep on it. When i told the front desk they apologized and said they were short staffed and could do nothing until the morning. Please see the pictures. In my opinion, this hotels appears to be used as a shelter. My opinion comes from me being a shelter director and from the conversations I had with other clients. The ice maker did not work and required us to get ice from the front desk. Houekeeping cleaned the room but did not sweep or vacuum. They removed our towels and wash cloths but did not have any replacements. We had to wait until the next day to get clean towels. I asked, why remove the towels if you do not have clean replacements? They answered, it is the hotel's policy to change the towels. Please note that this change was done while we were out of the room. The food was awful. I've stayed at other Residence Inns before and enjoyed my stay. This was the worse stay period. I will not stay there again and I warn others to stay at their own risk. You will be disappointed! Hotels.com, you got over on my family and I this time. You should make the star rating a 1.5 and that's being generous.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We have been coming to this hotel for years now. Unfortunately, I think the appearance of the hotel seems to be going down hill. It's generally a nice hotel but we definitely noticed a decline in the hotels overall appearance and regular maintenance repairs. Love the cookies!!!!

Clean & comfortable however I asked for extra pillows, blanket & towels from the cleaning staff which we never received and the room was never cleaned while we were there, I don’t know if we were supposed to request the cleaning of our room,we were never informed of this. other than that it was a good stay…

It was decent. Clean. Breakfast was good. Staff polite. Room didnt stink (the usual problem when finding a room). Had a good stay with no complaints. Wish it was cheaper but its not. If it was it probably wouldnt have been as nice.

The Icemaker did not work during my 2 day stay, the front desk was notified on the first day. Also Hotel did not let anyone know about the Parking Fee until I saw it on by receipt at checkout.

I loved the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the room itself. We had a 1 bedroom suite. I did not like that the food ran out quickly at breakfast and only 2 of the days we were there did they have the waffle station available. I did not like the group of people partying with loud music (with nasty lyrics) and smoking pot at the pool in the evenings but I figure that is just that group. The firepit also was not working but I was told it was broken by that group of patrons and an order to fix it had been placed. I would definitely stay there again though.

We checked in on Friday afternnon.The entry way was clean and inviting. The hallway smelled like urine, and you could hear dogs barking. Our room had several stains that looked like vomit on the carpet that looked fresh. I complained because i had toddlers with me, and i didnt want them running around that mess. Nothing was done! I had to ask for towels and clean rags 3 times, and they came 4 hours later because there were non clean. There is a musty odor but they had no air freahener. The bath tub was dirty, there were stains on the bedding. A complete disaster!! My mother didnt want to sit on the couch as it had rips on it and stains. We traveled 8 hours and was exhausted..... felt very uneasy and nasty. Breakfast was basic...

Overall it was a great stay. I do think it needs to be some updated furniture, such as the couch pullout bed. The mattress was extremely worn and uncomfortable, along with the couch cushions sinking in when you sat down.

The facility was well maintain and staff was friendly. I was unimpressed was the animal friendly environment ,the room across had a dog that barked every time we entered our room.

We arrived a couple hours early, and they were so accommodating of our situation even when they totally didn’t have to be. Room was clean, had a little scent to it but not too terrible. Only thing they missed was the little hand lotion u get was empty. (But that’s not something to really be mad about!) Staff we’re mostly friendly and we really felt like we were at home. Thank you so much
