Everything is excellent no complaints

Everything, Ms.Vera was phenomenal she don’t know it but we are family now! Her spirit is cleansing!! I didn’t run into many staff but the ones I did everyone spoke and made sure I was ok. I definitely would be back. Don’t get me started on the pool. It was clean and the water isn’t too cold.

Can’t think of one thing to dislike

It was home base while my sister and I were conducting family research. Great central location. People were friendly and it was great to be greeted like your family coming home every day.

The carpet was dirty with stains. I thought our room was a crime scene from the stain at the foot of the bed. Our charging station near the bed wasn’t working. I would have fixed it for you but I didn’t have the right screwdriver. On a side note: I’ve been to high end hotels, economy hotels, motels, boutique hotels and all kinds in between and they are all beginning to smell like weed. Every single one. This one was no exception. You can smell it in the hallways, stairwells and elevators. Even in super high end hotels. It’s no longer a passing exception but a commonly accepted practice. Even in parking lots. I smelled it at a Hyatt on Sunday.
