I tried to check into this hotel every time I'm in town. I absolutely love it, and I love the restaurant bar downstairs.
My wife and kids love the space and the atmosphere. I even got my sister to switch hotels, and she stays here with us also
The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to get an early check in and that I have to pay for parking, because sometimes we have multiple vehicles.

The front desk attendant Rose was amazing. She was very attentive to the needs and always welcoming. She made our stay comfortable.

I did like the location of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel's common areas was very good.
Small but noticable updates are needed. A wipe down of the room showed that a better wipe down of furniture is needed. The room was freezing when I arrived, which covered the smell of the carpet. Carpets should be shampooed monthly to keep the smell down in the rooms. I thought the price of breakfast was a little much and was not happy about having to pay for parking.
