But my stay overall was comfortable.

The property was clean, quiet as always.

I stayed in room 328. It was raining and the ceiling began to leak.

The room was really cold but it was a relaxing stay

It was quite and relaxing the bed was soft

The water was labeled wrong so hot was cold and cold was hot

My first room smelled bad and the room they switched me to was a little better however I had to clean the tub due to hair and the microwave didn’t work.

Not impressed at all!!!

The staff was awesome and it was right in a great location.

The pool was down our whole stay, my daughter was looking forward to swimming. The refrigerator was not very functional, and the bed was not comfortable at all.

Very pleased

The front desk staff Stephon and Ms. Lori was amazing. They made check-in and check out easy. They were able to get my families room next to each other, and that was greatly appreciated.

Very nice!

Everyone was very nice, front desk, bistro and maintenance, I travel each week, and this is the best service that I have ever gotten! Toronda and Linda were just great as well as the 3 girls in the bistro.

Motel was a bit old, not many USB charging points, pool was closed

Would definitely stay here again.

We had to travel for an emergency situation. This hotel was excellent. Staff were always friendly. The hotel has lots of amenities. Our room was comfortable and clean.

It can get a little noisy from guests in the hall. The lady that works the happy hour was not very personable and the drink selection could've been a little better.

Nice Location

The location was right smack in the middle of all the stores and restaurants.

That breakfast was not free. That they ran out of kleenex for the rooms. That housekeeping didn't freshen the towels daily. Last, the TV kept buffering, I think the internet didn't have good signal.

Great Stay, Family friendly and comfortable!!

The staff was amazing even my bartender was outstanding. I didn't catch her name but she's a fellow New York ! Sade was very professional and pleasant, and the lady that checked us out this morning was so warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here and we will return. Thank you!

The night Audit person kept authorizing my card 2 days before my arrival even tho I choose the pay at property options.

It served its purpose!

very clean and bed was comfy!

The mini cafe they had in the lobby was NOT. The pre-made food looked old. Asked for extra towels to be sent to my room and was told “I’m the only one here, y’all can come and get them.”

Beyond my expectations! Front desk gentlemen, Stephan I believe was his name, was super nice!!

I didn’t eat there. The location was great for what I needed.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I was pleasantly surprised by everything!

Location and staff was good.

We had cold water for a shower. Called the front desk and was told to call back if it stayed cold. Water stayed cold so we bird bath. Checked out and told the front desk and was told they would send us to another room to shower. We were disappointed with that.
