Floor and furniture were gross. Window had mold.

The front desk staff was great! The room was okay - the floors felt grimy like they weren't mopped well and the room has a real musty smell.

No issues with our stay in terms of service or comfort of the employees/hotel. I would/will come back in the future. The pool was open and they use salt instead of all the normal chemicals which was kinda refreshing. I would note though, I am not a picky person so most things do not bother me.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a variety of tasty items. Extra towels were not available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived and checked in. We were assigned Room 236 and when we walked into the room, it strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and made of receptionist aware. She (young, blond hair lady) apologized profusely. She informed me that she will assign a different room and checked the newly assigned room for us to make sure there was no cigarette odor. She came back to the lobby and gave us our new keys for Room 239. We went to the room which not only did not smell of cigarettes but it was a larger, corner room. We were very pleased. A big thank you to the receptionist. We appreciated the impeccable service.

Property was very clean. However the parking lot needed more salt as there was a lot of ice. Also the pool was closed down for my entire visit

I booked a night at this hotel for the sole purpose to use the pool. It was my daughterās 11th birthday and she brought her two best friends. We tried using the pool but were unable to. We were told they were having a party. There was 20 kids in there, with one adult, who was NOT supervising. I get it, pools can get crowded. BUT they were OUT OF CONTROL! One of my daughters friends got hit with a football. The other had a kid thrown on top of her, which took her under. My three were huddled over in the deep end, by the ladder, unable to move around the pool. We left because it was unsafe. I went to speak to the front desk. Told her we didnāt want to stay and I wanted a refund. She apologized and said itās not right and sheād contact the manager. She called me and said they could offer me some snacks! Hotels.com then contacted them on my behalf and they still refused to refund me!

Staff was friendly, but hotel was gross. The hallway and my room smelled horribly of smoke. There was a long black hair in the shower (I am blonde) abd the tv didn't wirk properly. Wheb i called the desk to ask for assistance the phone rang multiple times, but no one answered. I tried callung until almost 11pm and no one answered. The lady in the kitchen was very helpful, but i checked out before breakfast was served. I will be returning to Waldorf for work later this week, but i will absolutely bot stay here.

Ariel from the front desk was great. Her energy was beautiful. She helped anyway she could. The beds were not very comfortable, and I asked to have my sheets changed nut that never happened. Our toilet had a hard time flushing only to fond a molded towel in the back of the tank. I have a severe fungi allergy. Im also an asthmatic. This set me off medically. It was very quiet, conveniently located, but not worth the amount of money i spent.

Everything was excellent , even the breakfast! Loved the 12noon checkout time. Only problem was kids over top of your head running around. They should have put the children on first floor.

They put a room next to the laundry room, other guests were loud and doing laundry until 3am, little sleep was had because of this. Worst hotel Iāve stayed in.

The room was old, furniture was old and torn,carpet had stains on it that looked like it was there for years, ventilation fan in the bathroom was loud, most cable movie stations were in Spanish,the menu to change was also in Spanish.Young man at the front desk was the best.The hotel only had 2 carts,the young man at the desk found a cart,being a senior, we need carts.

Everything was nice. There was a little stain on the bed sheet but that was no big deal. Everything else in the hotel was nice and clean. My only suggestion would be to put an ice machine on the main floor so when people are getting breakfast they can turn their coffee into iced coffee š¤

We were able to find it our gps had us circling an area just north of the property. The hotel is a little bit hidden but we were able to spot the sign .

Room #132 on the first floor experienced all noises from adjoining room. Even the bed/ mattress squeaking from movement in the bed. Also from the bathroom.

We were disappointed with the hotel from the moment we walked in. The smell of weed just about knocked us down! We got to the elevator & the floor was sticky & disgusting! The hallway to our room was also disgusting & you could tell it hadn't seen a vacuum in weeks. Once we got to our room, the tile floor was sticky, the carpet was stained & you could definitely tell it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time!! We had to get an extra towel on the second day and as I was drying off, a long black hair fell off the towel into the tub. When we left on the third day, the elevator floor was still sticky & had not been cleaned. The hallway way floor was still dirty & littered. There was a stack of towels that stayed by someone's door for 2 days. I was sorely disappointed & will not stay here again or recommend to anyone. Actually makes me think twice about Holiday Inn.

It was pretty clean. Only one elevator. Room was freezing. Mind you it was extremely hot outside but the room felt like Siberia. It was a bit too cold. I guess it was oat bad thing.

The king bed offered great comfort and the room size was perfect! The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Extended dining would be ideal and some upgrades to the interior of the hotel are needed.
