The Hamptons are always nice, clean, and quiet. The bed is always comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Love to stay at them.

Property was cheerfull and clean breakfast was average house keeping left garbage in room for two days and did not make bed 3 out of the 7 day stay.

The room was very clean and staff were very courteous and professional. The breakfast was excellent. The only problem was parking need for lighting towards the back area for safety, maybe a security personal driving around making sure everyone is safe. I observed some homeless people walking through the parking lot area.
