My only complaint was when my sister got to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning from the airport- they told her they don’t check in people in the morning- wth?

The room was very clean and staff were very courteous and professional. The breakfast was excellent. The only problem was parking need for lighting towards the back area for safety, maybe a security personal driving around making sure everyone is safe. I observed some homeless people walking through the parking lot area.
