This is an amazing hotel and spa. All staff were wonderful, helpful and super-nice! The food was outstanding, with so many choices, including champagne for breakfast!
The Spa facilities are amazing, with multiple saunas, complete with fruit serving and unlimited limonade and water, just superb!

The lighting concept is weird. Corridors, rooms and the swimming hall are rather dark in the evenings. It is for example impossible to read while resting by the pools.

This definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Stuff speaks very limited English.
The spa treatment was very expensive and yet there was nobody to guide you. To explain how does it work
