This suite was nice. Everything was clean and in good order. The breakfast buffet was average to slightly above average. I got the impression of the staff would do more if they had the tools, permission or funding. The staff was great. Every single person that we talked to was a pleasure. The 2 gentleman at the front when we checked in should give classes on customer interaction.

I’ve stay here previously and enjoyed my stay, but this time was not so good. Construction on the roof was very loud and I was on the 7th floor right under it. Dirty dishes with food on them in the cabinet. Idk if I’ll be returning.

Great location and close to shopping area. It is just a 20 minute drive to mall of america. Room was clean and comfortable. Would probably stay at the same place on my next trip to Minnesota

You use too much air freshener in your rooms! It makes it very hard to breathe and is really obnoxious. Great layout and pretty quiet. Front desk staff was great and breakfast staff on Saturday was very welcoming and pleasant.

We enjoyed a quick trip for a medical appointment. Homewood Suites in St. Louis Park was an ideal spot and the accommodations were everything we wanted.

Quick drive into Minneapolis. Feels very safe and grocery, restaurants, and shopping are all very close. Can even walk to. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave good instructions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable

Hotel staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The hotel location itself was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Cities. A little tricky to navigate from the highway, but we figured it out with help from Siri.

Staff was very friendly. breakfast could have been hotter. Waffle iron need replacement. The timer was off. They have no certified tornado room. We saw twirling clouds but tornado didn't form. We hid in the hallway.

I had two other folks in my room and we ran out of toilet paper , towels and shampoo first day . We stayed three days. Room only cleaned and serviced every 4 days. Mold on tile in bathroom

Liked the service. Front desk lady was very nice. Did not like the cleanliness thou. There was a red color liquid all over the freezer and fridge when we first walked in but the front desk was quick to come clean it up. Made me a little more pickier during the rest of the stay. Didnt like that there wasn't a hot tub either. And unfortunately the ice machines on two of the floors didnt work but found one that did down on the first floor

We checked in 6/17/23 and the girl who’s working the front desk was literally the sweetest nicest person and greeted us with absolute niceness. This is our second time staying here anytime we are in St., Louis Park this is our hotel we go to. Can’t wait to be back again.

Room was dated and carpet Smelled horrible. Toilet ran the whole time unless you jiggled the handle each time you flushed. Kitchen sink was leaking. Water pressure in the shower was not great and half of it came out of the tub. Room was very dark and lighting was no good for putting on make up. Front desk accidentally checked us out a day early and also charged us for our room although we already paid through Hotels.com. Customer service at desk was not very helpful.

The price went from $165/night to $305/night. The Parking lot was empty so the Horrible tactic was a turn off for me. Plus day one my room was horrible and dirt and mud was all over the bed sheets and there was no computer desk or chair. I took photos by the way, their worst room was given to me then the price doubled and i was told the next day was sold out which could be true but when they say they are almost sold out the hallways are quiet and parking lots are empty. Either way they are the only 2 and 3 star hotels costing more than $130/night.

Our stay with Homewood was a saga. It started from checkout when the first room we checked into had a really loud whirling sound from one of the heaters. The other heater was fine, but they were on the same thermostat so it was impossiilbe to turn the bad one off and keep the other one on. They got us another room, in which the heater did not work! It was blowing out cold air! So, then the hotel attendant, who was very nice, got us another room, upgraded, that had everything in working order. This room was very nice, the workout room was great for us, the free breakfast was lackluster, sorry, I guess I have high food standards, but upon coming back to the hotel on our second night around 10-1030pm, we discovered that our room was directly over the hotel pool. We had not noticed before as we were out doing things, but we definitely noticed this time, the sounds from the pool were echoing into our room from below...I don't think the walls in our room have much for insulation and the ceiling in the pool area must not have much either. So, upon going down to the hotel front desk to let them know about the noise and ask why the pool is open so late (11PM!), we were met with disdain from the concierge. She recommended we move rooms at 1030 at night! She said the children that were in the pool making the noise had just checked in that day and were staying for multiple days. We declined the move that night and asked if the noise would stop at 11pm. She replied yes, but did

Everything was great! My checkin at the front desk was very pleasant. The woman who greeted me was kind and explained some “good-to-know” facts about the area. The room was better than expected and all shared spaces seemed clean and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was good and has lots of options. Lastly, the Hilton App is really cool and allows you to unlock your door with your phone! Great hotel, will definitely stay again!

Internet was down and took over an hour to check in. Staff was overwhelmed, undertrained, and not friendly. Room had burn spots on the carpet, the bed was made very sloppy, the fridge was dirty, and the bath towels were sloppy and incomplete. Not a good stay.

It was a windy night and my room whistled all night long. I took a video and brought it to the staff and asked to change rooms. At times it was so loud it sounded like an ambulance outside my window. She said everyone had the same issue and she herself had to sleep there and endure the noise. I am not sure why she had a room there that night but I said she was paid staff I was a guest. She replied that’s she was not getting paid. Ok, So she was argumentative, rude and then she just walked away on me. I usually stay here when I’m In town but I will never stay here again. Rude staff and poor construction???why the loud whistling sound? Woke me up all night long.
