The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Pleasant front desks staff. We definitely stay again when in the area.

I thought it was going to be a very noisy stay as our neighbours were very loud when we arrived. The walls seemed paper thin. However, after they settled down a bit, everything was pretty quiet. We were right across from the ice maker so we could hear that a bit but it was not too noticeable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there was no variety over the 5 nights we were there. Pool and hot tub were as you would expect. Maybe a bit smaller than the pictures indicate but we used them a few times and our kids had fun. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The fitted sheets on the beds were the only bad part of the entire stay. They kept coming off in the middle of the night and would bunch up under us. I would say the sheets were really the only bad thing about the hotel. Location-wise, it wasn't too far from the Target Center by car. It was fairly easy to get around. All in all, I would recommend this hotel as an economical and clean place to stay with very good staff.

One member of was rude. Noise from shower in next room was crazy loud. Pictures seem like there would have been more choices for mains at breakfast.

You can tell the staff and management are proud of their property! They were friendly and welcoming - each time - you stopped by the desk. The rooms were perfectly maintained, the temp control was easy to use and did a great job of keeping the room a steady temp. The pool was warm and felt good for a place to stretch after a long day and the hot tub was the perfect temp (hot, but not boiling). Breakfast was organized and provided a variety of cold and hot offerings (there’s no waffle maker, so warn your children). For dining, a TGiF is next door or explore the options 1/2 mile in the “West End” retail area, an easy to place walk to or place an order for pick up or delivery! (Crave is always a great option) I stayed 2 nights and will return on another visit to the Twin Cities.

Hesitate to post. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ok. Very clean hallways and lobby. Our room had an odd shape and maneuvering around the bed was a challenge. A divot in the floor could have created an unbalanced person concern.

Was very surprised how great this place was. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice and the room was great. We had a 2 queen suite with sofa bed and loved it. Layout was a bit different than most rooms with bathroom in the middle of room, great ide. Breakfast was great with hot items like eggs and sausage and always kept up. Location was great too. We used it for Viking and Wild games which was easy ro access from here

Just needed a clean place to sleep which this hotel provided. Friendly front desk staff. Only thing I would say is that the shower was blah. Water backing up in the drain real bad which is always gross. But, oh well.

Conveniently located to downtown Minneapolis and the western suburbs. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are well laid-out and clean. Quieter than most hotels. The breakfast buffet had good quality food. The pool and hot tub are modestly sized and well-maintained. There is a decent exercise room. I have stayed here twice now and plan to stay again the next time I travel through the Twin Cities.

Great staff wonderful hotel rooms. Roofing company working there were very rude wrote nasty note on our car and others when our parking spots weren't even cones off. Hotel itself wonderful.

This was a quick trip, just one night stay, but I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. They were under construction during our stay so some things were not working properly, but the associates were attentive where they could be. I had a issue with lady bugs in my room, but housekeeping came and cleaned it up for me. I'd stay at the hotel again if ever i visit..

When we checked in, I mentioned I was having surgery nearby. The receptionist gave us a better room rate for those have eye surgery nearby. Very much appreciated…and it was a very nice rate at that.

Overall decent stay. Great shopping and all amenities extremely close. We stayed mid-august 2023 and hotel currently under construction. Would avoid until that is done as they work 7days a week and start early mornings.

Hotel under renovation and very noisy. Our room had not yet been renovated and there was mold on bathroom ceiling. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Stayed three nights in executive suite, which was roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast area and selection. We were with friends and had room and seating to play cards each evening in our suite.
