there was an intense thunderstorm and the window in my room leaked severely. when I reported it I was given towels to put on the seal. there was no maintenance on site.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness top notch. Pool was great! One of the better hotels and experiences we’ve had!!
Only negative:
I will say the layer between the rooms on top of each other was probably the thinnest we’ve had. Our kids are not rambunctious and we’ve never been called for noise, but we were this time. We were utterly shocked because they were doing nothing out of a norm. But then we realized we heard all above us wayyyyyy to easily, took us forever to fall asleep, we too wanted to call for noise, but didn’t because it was not their fault. Every single step taken we heard.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However, the fire alarms began malfunctioning at 3:30 am, and it took way too long for them to get it under control. After about an hour, I decided I was done playing "fire drill", so I brushed my teeth and hair and checked out around 5 am. No offer to comp me for anything. My husband and I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

Fire alarm went off for no reason at 5 am. It would not stop. Ruined my sleep and I just ended up leaving.

The fire alarm went off for thirty minutes starting at 4:45 AM. Also half the outlets in our room did not work.

The hotel must have suffered water damage in the past. Once we got on our floor, we were greeted with the overwhelming smell of air fresheners in the hall way. The room smelled of mold. As a matter of fact, I opened my suitcase today and my clothes smell like mildew

Room was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.
Shower did not work. it took 39 minutes for maintenance to get there only to inform us it would take 2 hours to repair. Front desk clerk was very apogetic and professional. She opened another room for us to shower in and be on our way.

The stay was great, the only concern we had was one of the shower towels had hair on it that was not ours. I didn’t voice this to management just wanted to share with future potential customers

Was greeted extremely warmly. When I checked in, every interaction I had with desk staff was positive and have absolutely no complaints. Great location next to the freeway for travel access and plenty of good dining options close by.

This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at in a while that was truly clean. It’s smelled really good. I really noticed that when I walked in. My room was very clean. I just haven’t been in a hotel that was truly clean in a while.

Everything was actually great! The breakfast bar
Was good just would like a little change of meats so you don’t feel like your eating the same thing every day. Waffles would have been great to have. Everything was close and convenient

We usually stay at this hotel and have always found it to be well-priced, clean, comfortable. The staff is super-friendly, the breakfast is fairly good, and I love having an area with snacks, etc to purchase.
The only comment is have about this last stay was that our room was right down the hall from the front lobby and we could hear everything happening at the front desk. Mostly lots of talking, the beep of the microwave, and any other sounds. No one was being loud, we were just so close that we could hear it all. We got there late at night and the hotel was full, so I’m guessing that’s the last room they fill! So, bottom line, great hotel, but make sure you get a room away from the lobby!

There was a constant beeping noise coming from an outlet in the room. Really hope it wasn't a camera. Would not stay here again for that reason. Other than that facility was decent

The room was nice and spacious. I was very comfortable in the room and the bed was cozy with clean sheets and nice pillows. The room and bathroom were very clean, and had nice ammenities.
The staff was great! From check-in to check-out I couldn't have had a better experience. I've stayed at some very nice hotels, and the service here ranked among the best. I'd especially like to thank Marquita who was very friendly, gave me some great suggestions for lunch and dinner, and was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I think she represents the best that Holiday Inn has to offer.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Denton.
