I appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable room, convenient location, and friendly service. The location was convenient and made it easy to get to the places I needed to visit.

Breakfast could have been better. There was not a lot to choose from. I only ate the eggs and fruit. The eggs had no flavor.

Location was great for our event at UNT. The halls and elevator were extremely hot. We were sweating just walking to our room or from the elevator ride to 2nd floor. The room was spacious but no blankets for the couch bed and it was not clean. We found containers of hair products stuffed in the couch so the bedding was obviously not changed or cleaned from previous travelers.
