The Hotel was pleasant, but NOT for $175.00. I would have paid $100.00 for this room.
First, getting there was an obstacle course. GPS couldn't find the hotel. Had to call receptionist to get directions.
My card key would not open the back side door, where I was parked, and had to carry items all the way around to the front entrance. Parking lot was full so I had to park on the back side. Again, no card key entrance.
No ice machine on the 4th floor, or any floor, just the main floor.
It was a pleasant stay for $100.00, but I was charged $175.00. I would like a $75.00 refund, that is if Holiday Inn wants my repeat business, or referrals to friends, family, and business associated.
