The room gave me some kind of allergic reaction which isn’t normal. My eyes were super red and I had trouble breathing through my nose about an hour after arrival. I get that with some cats so maybe a cat was in the room. Beds and pillows are on the hard side.

We had to be moved into a different room twice. Our first room, the locks didn't work properly. The second room, we had issues with the toliet not working properly. We had someone from maintenance mess with it for a few minutes then tell us it was good to go. The next time we used the toliet it overfilled onto the bathroom floor and into the rest of the room. We were then finally moved to our 3rd room. All throughout this process the staff was unfriendly. We also had to ask for towel multiple time before receiving any.

Easy check in. Jacuzzis not working pool is supposed to be heated. Burnt mirror in room. Dirty and smelled like weed.

Please don’t go here unless you want to be mixed up with alcohol and partying all night. Not the cleanest rooms and bad attitude from receptionist. Also their was a rodent in the room

Do not stay at this location. It is a trap motel with hoodrats roaming around the parking lot and halls of the motel at night. The rooms are disgusting with stains on the lampshades, paint peeling off the walls, and rooms that smell so bad it burns your nose. Stay far away from this hotel and spend the extra $30 a night at somewhere nicer.

The staff was very rude the lady walked around like she was to good to be nice had no respect at all even when saying please and thank u didn’t say nothing back in response the parking lot was like a neighborhood hood party drinking smoking all in the parking lot screaming and fighting then the hall ways smelled like smoke weed my room was a none smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes and the restroom mirror was burned sheets smelled like old water and the a/c really didn’t work neither

The water coming out of the shower was brown there were drug deals going on in the park lot there was loud music playing late at night and the room was not up to my standards of clean. It did not look like the pictures as presented on the app.

The room smelled so bad, I thought I could air it out but the smell didn't go away at all. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got 2 full size beds. The remote control did not work, one of the bed pillows had a hole in it. Breakfast was to start at 6 am and was not ready until 6:30.

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms and hallways smelled of smoke (nicotine and marijuana), my family had a cockroach in their closet, and the floor in the breakfast area with sticky. The staff was not friendly or polite.

Beds were disgusting. The pull out couch literally had needles on it when we pulled it Out along with stains from who knows what which is a definite health hazard. Be careful staying here

My room's rug needed vacuuming. Ran out of waffles batter at breakfast. Ran out of bread for toasting. Also noise/people talking in parking lot, and in hallway. Opening and closing doors at 3am theu 6am.

We got our room robbed and they stole 3 sets of keys and a car. The carpets were disgusting. The manager we’re extremely unhelpful after the break in. The cops even said they think it was an inside job cus it happens all the time.

Problems started at check-in. Staff we’re unprofessional, especially Ericka. There was a miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia. Instead of asking me to come to reception area, they yelled from the hallway of my bedroom. As for the hotel, the phone did not work. It was dirty and had a bad odor. I reserved a room for 4 and they only gave me two towels. When I asked for more, they were rude. The hotel is unsafe. The doors are left open using rocks all night long. I would not recommend this place to anyone:

They were short staffed but the one worker there was very nice. The outside was dirty with overflowing trash cans. The area didn't seem safe. Rooms are older and shade lamps were stained.
