homeless walking around and hanging out in the hallways. behind the doors . Not safe

Don’t go here!

The beds were soft

The receptionist barely spoke to us or made eye concact, very uncomfortable check in. The rooms were filthy; stains on furniture, on carpets and mold in the bathroom that was dripping down above the toilets. The towels smelled and there were cigarette burnholes in the sheets! Several people smoked inside because it reeked of smoke all the time. At night there were people screaming, partying and moving furniture above our room. Also; breakfast was from 7-9, but several days there were nothing left around 8 o clock, and neither butter, cheese or bread was restocked, we had to leave hungry! The doors to the facility were broken sp everyone could just walk in. We ended up checking out early and went to another hotel!

I came, I slept, I left

Front staff were nice, everything was easy even though we turned up in the middle of the night with no booking. Room was huge. They didn't charge us extra for late checkout.

Everything in the room was pretty old and worn with paint chipping off the bathroom furniture etc. Not to the extent of being decrepit, but fairly obvious.

Not the worst room but the worst area

The room was clean and decent. Lots of pillows.

The area around the hotel is not the best. Lots of shady characters. There was a fight in the parking lot, people loitering and drinking. After 10pm it seems no one cares about the property.

Used to be nicer

The room was large

Room was unclean. I had to clean the tub and surfaces. There was a hoke in the ceiling. Graffiti on the walls and icemakers on each floor didn't work. The hallways were noisy.

The night staff Angie who works at the front desk and makes breakfast. She showed me the best hospitality and was professional.

Good..except we didn't feel comfortable seeing extrange people going in and out to a couple of room,

Breakfast was good,and location

Last day we stayed, they didn't put any towels..and most important things. During the night, estranged people will go in and out to some rooms,and we didn't feel to comfortable about that..the location needs stronger security personnel..

Stay away from this place and also Red Ribbon Inn in Ontario--- ROACHES and BLACK MOLD!!

While I was gone, someone was in the room, messing with things in the room. The wall had spots, the floor had spots, dark oil stains. At the end, the property charged me with $100.00 cleaning fee. Also, the property allowed prostitution and allowing people to just come into the property and work out deals for payment/services etc. This property was more like a strip club than an nice hotel. AVOID AVOID AVOID this property and you will be better for it!!!! Don't pay the high price and believe me, it was not worth it!:(

I was happy to be located so close to my family’s residence, but I’ve stayed at nicer Comfort Inns.

Some of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (women); the night-time manager (male) was all right.

Some of the guests were less than desirable, and many were very loud (arguments in the hallway).

It was not the best stay

Breakfast was good. I didn't like the fact that I was forced to pay $160 for a towel that's not exceptable

The lady at the counter was rude and the fact that I had to pay $160 on one towel is ridiculous

I wouldn’t stay here again, sorry but not a nice area!

I liked the rooms being big and spacious but they do need to upgrade, we got old ugly drawers and old coffee maker. almost every hotel has the coffee pod machines.

We chose Non Smoking area and the room they gave us the 1st time smelled much like pot, they gave us another room and it was the same thing.

Would rather drive home next time.

The breakfast was great I wished at check in they’d provide the hours for breakfast. Staff was friendly with any questions we had, eager to help.

The location had many homeless walking around within the parking areas, people going in blasting music, reeking of Marijuana down the hallway, felt very unsafe, and the key did not work well. I’m thankful my mom and daughter were inside the room to open me up.
