had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. One of the main reasons for my great experience was Francesco. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure that everything was perfect.
Francesco is truly an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond for the guests. He made me feel very welcome, comfortable, and almost like I was at home. His friendly attitude and professionalism really made a big difference during my stay.
Honestly, I would come back anytime just because of Francesco. Thank you for such a great experience!

Honestly I love staying in Prati when we go to Rome. This area of Prati in general has tons of restaurants and of course gelato. Our favorite coffee shop is right around the corner from this hotel Sciascia Caffe. The hotel was quiet, clean, and family friendly.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Trying to get ahold of someone prior to trip for shuttle service from airport - couldn’t reach them.
