Good location in quarter Prati, walking distance from a metro station, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff is super friendly.

THE ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE ...FRONT DESK FRANCIS WAS EXCELLENT( WHEN ASKED HAD ALL THE ANSWERS). LOCATION EXCELLENT NEAR METRO BUSES RESTAURANTS IN A VERY NICE AND SAFE AREA (VATICAN CITY). BED COMFORTABLE
SHOWER PRESSURE NOT GREAT....PRICE ON THE HIGH SIDE FOR THE FACILITY( BUT IT WAS HIGH TIME AND HOTELS WERE ASKING RIDICULOUS PRICES)

The service provided to us by the Concierge, Francesco, was excellent. He was very friendly and very helpful. We had problems while we were in Rome and he kindly upgraded our room as a gesture which we were very grateful for. The hotel is in a nice area close to the Metro.
Nothing really. The room was a bit bijou but that was probably due to the huge jacuzzi bath in it.

Location is really convenient
You do not get what you pay for, that's my honest opinion. Pics do not match what you truly see once you arrive.
Also, the magnetic card was not working several times and in the middle of the night
