Location, walking distance everywhere really, a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area, the nearest cafe with pleasant breakfast 3 minutes away. No problem to come back later in the evening as the area was very peaceful and safe.
Not so clean (we’ve found one or two long hair on the clean linen and on the floor in the bathroom). Maybe we were just unlucky with this. Our room was close to the reception and breakfast area so it wasn’t very quiet because of that. The car park was available from 5 pm and in the morning till 10 am (in August at least), which would not have been a big issue if we had been informed about that beforehand. It seemed to be a surprise for the staff at the reception desk.

A very nice location just off the crowded areas of the city. Nice restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Everything is within a walking distance at least for European taste.

Great find, good price, friendly staff, free breakfast, central location- easy walk to the vatican and metro stations. Comfy beds, mini fridge, roof top terrace, rooms are small but have everything you need.

The location was what attracted me to this property. Nice roof terrace with a view if you can get past the tacky decor.
The decor was old fashioned like a 1970s porn set, purple and silver? I had a pair of purple lips for a phone and a fridge next to the bed that whirred all night, it was tacky. The bath/shower was in the bedroom, not separated, The shower head was broken so you had to crouch to have a shower. The breakfast was horrible, rubbery scrambled eggs and soggy anemic bacon.
