The hotel was located very conveniently near the Vatican City. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and had everything I needed.
For some reason the AC in my room wasn't working, and I couldn't get it to cool down the room now matter what I tried. I was too tired and it was too late to ask the staff for help after checking in, so I just ignored it and went to sleep.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned daily. We were given fresh towels daily and toiletries and tea and coffee were replenished if needed. The location was perfect.
There were elements of the decor that were a little tired. There was only one bedside cabinet and not enough plug sockets. None of these things impacted our stay adversely and I would highly recommend this hotel.
