EVERYTHING!.
It is a fabulous place to stay, the room was huge & so clean, the beds were comfortable, there is a communal area where you can use cutlery, cups, plates & bowls to do your own food.
The restaurants & cafés are just outside & there is a minimarket a couple of minutes walk away.
St Peters Square is only a few minutes walk away.
The area felt so safe day & night, it's close to the river which was a perfect place to sit & listen to buskers & take in the atmosphere.
We walked to the colleseum which took probably 45 minutes & was a lovely walk passing by other landmarks along the way.
I would recommend staying here to anyone, I would definitely stay again without a doubt.
We only saw the lady once due to us going out early each morning, she was incredibly friendly & helpful. Even before we arrived we heard from Frederica on WhatsApp & could get in touch with her if we needed to.
Nothing, it was all brilliant.
