Das Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten vom Petersplatz , nahe bei der Porta Sant'Anna. Es ist an einer Einbahnstrasse mit sehr wenig Verkehr, eine sehr ruhige Gegend. . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, verschiedene Brote, Käse und Frühstücksflocken, mehrere Süsswaren und Früchte sowie Fruchtsäfte und Joghurts. Das Zimmer befand gegen einen Innenhof, der begrünt ist. Der Vatikan und auch viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Nähe hat es viele gute Restaurants und Bars
Es gibt nichts, das nicht gefallen hat.

Maria Is the best! She makes a fantastic breakfast, make eggs your way, home made cakes, fresh fruits from the market, and the best is great conversation while you eat.
Antonio, Massimo, and the other lady are very kind and ready to help when needed.
Location is fantastic! Next to restaurants, Vatican, and near other attractions in Rome.
If you can't go 1 floor up, then it's hard. Only one floor up to the rooms, only stairs, no elevator.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi voglia visitare Città del Vaticano e dintorni. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff pure ottima.
Nella mia camera il bagno aveva una rubinetteria vecchia, che non funziona adeguatamente; lo stesso vale per il getto della doccia e per la porta di vetro della stessa che non chiude adeguatamente. Prese e interruttori non tutti in perfetto stato. Il mobilio è sufficientemente funzionale anche se non proprio recente. Con questi servizi di scarsa qualità il rapporto qualtià prezzo ne risente negativamente. Peccato perchè con poco si potrebbe migliorare molto.
