Location was great as well as the restaurant right next to the hotel
We can hear literally everything from the next rooms and there was no hot water in the peak time in the evening and morning..We had to wait always around 15 minutes to it and it was really annoying.

The location was amazing, excellent, couldn't ask for better. 5 minute walk from the Vatican which was our entire purpose for going on this trip. 55 min walk to the colosseum. On route to our walk to the colosseum we stopped at the trevi fountain, the pantheon and a few forums. The sights in Rome are amazing. Walking was an excellent choice. Il Passetto is very central and there was a brilliant restaurant beside us, 1 minute walk, and many more around us.
Don't have anything that I did not like. The only thing ever caused me concern was when I first entered the building, the entrance looked a little shabby, but we went up the stairs and our room was brilliant, clean, felt safe and secure. Cleaned every day to perfection.

Difficult to find the place and no one to meet you at the building site.
