Très bien situé plutôt concept Airbnb

Très bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied du Vatican, Basilique Saint Pierre et environ 20 minutes à pied du centre de Rome,45 minutes à pied du Colisée À 5 minutes à pied, il y a un arrêt de bus qui est une navette pour aller jusqu'à l'aéroport Fiumicino. Personnel accueillante et sympathique et arrangeante Chambre confortable et bien décoré Petit déjeuner dans la chambre Chambre faite tout les jours Machine à café, petit frigo, coffre fort dans la chambre

Difficile de trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel qui ressemble plus à une entrée d'un appartement,il n'y a pas de plaque qui indique que c'est un hôtel juste une sonnerie, c'est plutôt un style Airbnb plutôt qu'un hôtel. Pas très bien isolé Les chambres auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement Petit déjeuner seulement à partir de 8h30 Ne parle pas français Télévision en Italien Petit déjeuner très simple,pas beaucoup de choix,bas de gamme

Cerca de Vaticano a 10 min

Me puse en contacto con la persona responsable 3 días antes de mi llegada para que me facilita el famoso vídeo de las instrucciones, para poder hacer el Chek In atraves del chat de Booking, además fueron varios mensajes y sin respuesta. El día de mi llegada no tenia internet, y tampoco tenia las claves para poder entrar, llegue al hotel llamando como loca la puerta y nada, menos mal que pude comunicarme en inglés con la chica de la oficina de abajo, que llamó al dueño y así pude hablar con el para que me facilite las claves. En fin una experiencia muy desagradable, y encima el water estaba sucio le mande una foto y me dijo que es cuestión de humedad, un desastre. El desayuno muy muy correcto, el primer día teníamos el papel para apuntar las opciones pero el día siguiente no había papel y tuve que hacerlo atraves del móvil, no hay recepcionista solo la chica que prepara el desayuno por la mañana. No volveré jamás.

Un viaje en familia

Desayuno, normal, los croissant muy buenos, cómodo por qué te lo llevan a la habitación a la hora que dices y fueron puntuales. Ubicación buena , la habitación limpia baño también. Recomendable

En la publicación se podría avisar que no hay recepción, es todo por tú cuenta, como recogida de llaves.

Tesiste özellikle temizlik çok iyiydi, başlangıçta otel gibi bir ortam bekliyorsunuz ancak apart statüsü daha doğru olabilir. Ücretsiz wifi ve kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Bir gece öncesinden ne yiyeceğinizi not olarak yazıyorsunuz sabaha hazır bir şekilde odanıza geliyor. Konum olarak çok iyi, metroya yakın, ayrıca kısmen hareketli bölgede o yüzden saat sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Personeli gerçekten çok yardımcı ve oda da her gün temizleniyordu. Biz çok beğendik. Bir daha gitsek yine kalırız gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edilebilir.

Tesisten personel benimle son gün iletişime geçti ve o arada internetim olmadığından mesaj düşmedi bu nedenle biraz anahtar sorunu yaşadık ama çözdük. Otelin belli bir tabelası yok biraz bulması zor oldu apartman dairesinde, ancak italyan konumu (sokak numarası, apartman numarası vb) gibi tarifle giderseniz çok rahat bulursunuz. Biz doğrudan tabela aradık biraz zorlandık ama sonradan durumun farkına vardık. Onun dışında en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık

Dobre śniadanie, duże wygodne łóżko

Problemy zaczęły się już na początku kiedy nie dostaliśmy żadnych wskazówek dotyczących przyjazdu, staliśmy pod mieszkaniem jakieś 20 minut, gdyż dodatkowo nikt nie raczył odebrać telefonu. Już na samym wejściu czuć było zapach wilgoci unoszący się po pokoju. Do tego kran był zatkany, woda spływała bardzo powoli. Co więcej było bardzo zimno ogrzewanie nie działało a klimatyzacja działała jak chciała raz się włączała raz nie, raz sama raz pilotem. Ogólne nie polecam

Un piacevole soggiorno nel centro di Roma

La struttura è curata, le camere sono spaziose. Il servizio colazione in camera è molto comodo e con un’ampia scelta di prodotti dolci. Ottima la posizione centrale da cui si può raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche

Do colchão muito usado, estragado e incomodo (muito). Canalização do chuveiro carece de reparação ( só dá para usar o chuveiro de cima)

La posizione, la facilità di accesso e comunicazione alla struttura, essenziale, e stanza pulita. Bene la colazione ottima l'idea del bollitore e macchinetta per caffè.

Un materasso pessimo, e come militare ne ho visti, così come la doccia che perde e fa laghi dalla porta di accesso. (stanza Giada). Potrebbero, in base alla permanenza, lasciare qualche bagno doccia in più o capsule per caffè o bustine per bollitore, in quanto io per due notti e tre giorni x 2 persone ho trovato due capsule di caffè, due bustine di the , 2 caffe e due bustine di bagno schiuma e due di shampoo. I dettagli sono importanti.

La posizione vicinissima a Castel Sant'Angelo e alla fermata della metro Lepanto, dopo pochissime fermate si raggiungono i luoghi d'interesse più importanti.

Nel corridoio antistante le stanze si sente un odore di chiuso, purtroppo non c'è una buona aereazione. Ma potrebbe essere risolto diversamente.

Not worthy of the value.

Nice location, near bus/metro stations.

We stayed at the Perla room and the mattress was not comfortable and very used. One of the sides of the mattress was dented due to overuse. We ask the manager via Booking app if it would be possible to change room, he answered yes but then ignored all our messages and we had to stay in the same room. Gaslighted by the manager… The breakfast lady was nice. The room could be more cleaned, the bathroom specially.

Il proprietario della struttura non era raggiungibile telefonicamente, abbiamo dovuto ricorrere all'assistenza clienti di booking e dopo 40 minuti circa è diventato di nuovo raggiungibile e per messaggio ci ha comunicato i codici per entrare nella struttura e prendere le chiavi della camera. Non ci è stato fatto né check in e neppure checkout in quanto la mattina siamo dovuti partire per esigenze personali alle 8.15 e quindi senza neppure usufruire della colazione che da come era scritto su di un foglio trovato in camera era servita dalle 8.30.

da migliorare sotto molti aspetti

la posizione è buona per visitare roma.

i materassi sono scomodissimi, sia del letto matrimoniale che del singolo, sono sottilissimi, si sente la rete e questo rende impossibile riposare correttamente. l'aria condizionata è motlo rumorosa. la colazione è servita troppo tardi (solo dalle 8:30 in avanti), cosa che limita molto i turisti. in generale gli arredi (per es nel bagno) sono vecchiotti andrebbero rinnovati.

Overall the room was very well decorated, top quality bathroom and bed. Coffee maker machine, TV, hair dryer and so on. Room overlooking to the street. Quiet.

When we arrived to the property there was nobody to open the door. Someone said something on the intercom and then disappeared. We were on the street with our carry-ons for quite a while trying to decide what to do. After some time, a young man (friend of the owner) came and following instructions from the owner on his phone, he opened the door and gave us access to the room. It was a stressful situation that could have been avoided with some organization.

Location is juat perfect. Wonderdul street with all you need (great food, great ice cream, supermarket, cafe bars, shops and restaurants. Metro stations around rhe corner..

Overall - a good place for a family of 4

Simple breakfast croissant was provided daily. Despite my own mistakes in providing the wrong times/dates on the breakfast ordering sheet, the host was very friendly and quickly adjusted to help us out and always with a smile. Good location - I liked being away from the crowds, yet close to a church and a metro station to get where we needed to be. I also liked the two separate twin beds for the kids.

The room and the bathroom are a little small by American standards.

Exceptional stay at vatican grand suite, great service.

The staff were extremely accommodating, helped me check in late at night. Going as far as directing me on the phone for 20mins at 11pm to help me find the right building. Provided excellent service. The air conditioning worked very well and was cold.

Great facilities in a good location to experience Rome.

Great location, lovely being served breakfast in your room and each day being able to select your breakfast for delivery the next day. Close to public transport if required. Very comfortable bed. Polite & friendly staff.

Confusion on arrival - told to phone to get codes to enter the building but no answer but then an existing guest told us to call through WattsApp instead and it was all sorted fairly swiftly.

The location was good with many eateries nearby and easy access to the main tourist sites particularly the Vatican The breakfast was nice and convenient each morning The lady was friendly who delivered breakfast and cleaned our room

There wasn’t a clear reception area - not very welcoming on arrival and unclear of how to get into the building at first. Daunting when you arrive into a new city at 8pm at night ! The walls are paper thin so can hear everything from flat above and to the side. The bathroom in need of an update. Shower head blocked with limescale, mould on ceilings and pipework, doors didn’t close on shower cubicle

Room was very nice size and clean. Breakfast was very good. Good location near vatican/ metro and bus stops.

The smell of the garbage deposits out on the streets. It is felt when entering the building. It is uncomfortable. But it didn't affect us in our room

Relaxation in Rome.

Everything as described but the location of the flat is worth an extra mention (close to everywhere - a good starting point for sightseeing). I recommend the place for people who prefer active leisure.

Only downside was the noise coming from outside into the flat (noises associated with other guests entering and leaving mainly at night times). The flat was very poorly soundproofed.
