When I arrived, I was a bit lost. But talking to the owner on the phone, who was always available, was a big help. Especially since I'd forgotten it was Ferragosto (15August). Was nice experience really close to Vatican city
The place was clean, but there was no soap or shampoo available. It's a minor issue, though. Perhaps I misunderstood and wasn't prepared for it.

Great location, close to the Vatican. Not too expensive.
Our room (no. 4) was not really in keeping with the photos. It was pretty small and dark. The air con unit emptied into a tray beneath it, which we had to pour down the toilet a couple of times each day. The toilet flush was broken. The window opening and closing mechanism was broken. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe, and consisted only of a coffee and croissant. That said, the cafe was nice and we ordered extra food at our own expense.
