Great walking distance to restaurants and Vatican.
It was good overall. The staff to forever to reply and at time they didn’t even reply. Had to wait an hour because staff didn’t send location of loft or passcodes . It was raining and got soaked waiting with luggage’s. .

Cute room - I got the one with the spa tub which worked well. Staff was very accommodating and super nice. AC worked well. Easy Check in and out.
There is an elevator, however to get to the elevator level there are about 10 steps so a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage.

Location was great super central
Quite dated dark rooms, window looked out to a wall. Noisy fridge, electrical box and a huge ugly and noisy boiler in the bathroom cupboard. Rooms decor really needed a revamp.
