The location is AMAZING. Just around the corner from the Vatican. Bus direct from the airport lands you just 5minute walk to the property (avoid the train and metro/walk as more expensive and busy).
Inside the property was more modern and clean.
Friendly meet at start of the stay with everything explained and rooms cleaned daily.
Provision of little bits in the room - shower stuff and water/coffee.
Beds are super comfy and location quiet at night.
In the room itself some areas need attention, areas of floor coming away/cracked and shower missing handles. This I wouldn’t expect for the price I paid.
Also serious lack of plug sockets - you have to either unplug a light or the tv to have a cup of tea.
Could have been clearer that it’s on the 5th floor. It’s located in an older building with an old style lift so if you have a phobia of it breaking down then it’s a long walk to the top especially at the end of a long day sightseeing.

I was very comfortable in a specious, well appointed room and private bathroom, extremely cleaned with lush bedding!
It was located in an upscale neighborhood closed to attractions, easy access to public transportation.

Location is perfect, room was clean and spacious. The building is so wonderful, we really felt domestically.

We did not have the best experience when staying here. The location was not the best. It was not sparkling clean, there was mold in the shower. The elevator was not working during our stay, meaning that we had to go up and down 5 stories of stairs every time we had to go to our room. Terrible experience, having to climb 5 stories after walking around the city the whole day. The metro was about 7 minutes away walking to take this type or transportation.
