I’m usually too lazy to leave a review, but this hotel deserves one. The staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating, especially Diana at reception. I raised an issue during my stay, and the team did everything they could to put it right.
When I returned from a day out, I found a lovely personalised note and some sweet treats waiting for me.
It’s the little things that make a difference, and that level of care really impressed me. The breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!

Staff were accommodating and hotel was clean. Hotel was walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful location. Less than a 20min walk to stores, restaurants and attractions. Amazing customer service, they go above and beyond to make you feel right at home, and the breakfast was out of this world!
The room and shower were great and it was really quiet.
I will definitely go back on my next trip to Lisbon! Highly recommend.

A great boutique hotel and a wonderful experience overall. Everything was excellent, from the location to the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the delicious breakfast.
The hotel is a real hidden gem from the outside, you would never expect to find such a stylish and beautifully designed interior. The atmosphere is modern, original, and very welcoming.
The only downside would be the quality of some of the finishes. A few details could definitely be improved, as there is a risk that the hotel may not age very well over time, which would be a real shame considering how charming and unique the property is.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place I would happily recommend.
