The hotel is so quaint and just beautiful. The staff was exceptional in making sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delightful each day. This boutique hotel is in a great location of Newburyport making it so easy to walk the town to shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the waterfront.Hope to visit again soon!

The hotel has a charming historic decor. The location is good . It’s in the center of town and most activities. The mattress needs to be replaced. As for amenities there are none. We were aware no pool spa etc. Breakfast was extremely disappointing and hyped up by staff. It is made to order however they were out of almost everything and the cook lacked any enthusiasm to accommodate. The fruit choice , grapefruit, an apple or an orange. Vegetable omelet was tomato and scallion. No other vegetables . No pastry, variety of breads. We look for inns with breakfast as they can be very nice. This was disappointing.
