Free coffee at anytime of the day. Easy free parking. Walkable distance to good local restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms

The breakfast is a Joke! They show a large area of breakfast in their pictures, but they give you an apple, a cheese, a muffin and a little bottle of juice in a bag! I can see all people coming to the area and be surprised that there is nothing.

Good location, welcoming staff. I haven't tried the pool, but there are snacks in the morning for breakfast. Do bring some earplugs since the walls are not too thick and even the heater had an electrical noise when in function. For the price, i do recommend this hotel

For a ridiculous (low) price, the hotel is not in the best surroundings, but it's clean and confortable. A lot has been renovated. Clean and comfortable room. No luxury, but very functional.

There was smell in the property and to that effect there were dehumidifiers everywhere. The toilet wasn't working, when we asked to fix, they said it's late can't fix it. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. In the name of breakfast, they had little take aways, not worth it.

Maybe we were not lucky enough but we could hear every footstep from the next room, they were so loud during the night and we couldn't sleep properly.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time and we don't even smoke. The toilet lost water for a while and we had to flush manually. The hotel itself was clean. Although my mom had an upset stomach after mixing cream with her coffee; the cream may have been left outside for a while.

I arrived to a very nice receptionist with a lot of friendly info. Parking was so easy and right in the rear of the building. I also really like how they have free coffee always in the foyer. The room was exactly as expected. Small yet clean. The washroom is a little outdated but well maintained and clean. The bed was clean and very comfortably. The only negative is the soundproofing in the hotel. I could hear the people above me walking and moving. At times it felt like they were jumping. Thank fully they calmed down by 9pm.

The bed has those old spring that made the bed hard as a bouncy rock. The sofa bed wasa better then the actual bed to sleep. Standart service and big room or the price, those are the only point here. Not recommended, better pay more elsewhere!

Just a note that the hotel is 4 stories and doesn't have an elevator. The lower floor smelled strongly of the pool. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything worked. The staff was helpful and spoke both English and French. The breakfast is still being offered with COVID awareness. Individually bags with wrapped muffin, piece of cheese, apple and juice box. Good, but basic. Slightly away from the old town action. Wasn't a bad walk to the cruise pier even with rolling carry ons. ~3km.

Do not expect a wonderful breakfast. No lifts, only staurs. Free parking. Hotel is clean. Bedding is good quality.

Stayed two nights. Water drainage was very slow in the bathroom lavatory. Told the front desk about this first thing the next morning but nothing was done about it when we got back to the room at day end. We ended up doing all washing at the bathtub. Also, bathroom has no towel bar or hook for guest to hang anything. This is unbelievably thoughtless not to mention no room service with Covid as the reason given.

Property was outdated, we ended up with a room in the basement and there was a constant beeping noise.

I was surprised that there were no windows in the room. In fact there were two but they were blocked with a lighted screen. The breakfast consists of an individual bag with individuel items. Overpacking.
