Window seals were busted in both windows in our studio room, could barely see out as all the fog and water stuck between the panes made any view impossible to see. Plus, I took photos of the black mold around the lower window frames... room was definitely in poor condition.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient but our room wasn’t very clean. There were several long hairs on the shower wall and chocolate on my comforter. It made me question how clean everything else was.

Swimming pool not as told 91 degrees. Cold as ice
Not clear about charges, no receipt
Room not ready on arrival ( even when the place not full or near half occupied )
Have to leave one day earlier, no information if I would be refunded one day , again no receipt no information
Not clear what they charged me for my pet, no info at all.
TV in the suite room overside and wrongly mounted, all twisted, unable to watch TV properly. Chair on the desk had large stains on the fabric ( this a suite, really?)
I reserve a suite w two queen beds but I have one w one king instead, up to today not sure if they adjusted the charges ( they have different charges)
Bottom line they just gave a phone number to call Expedia…of course their time is very valuable but mine is not ( I am a physician) if I want to have anything resolve I have to invest my time and be on the phone who knows for how long…shame on Expedia, and shame on Hilton. Please be sure this is last time I use a Hilton facility

As a general rule I don’t give out 5 stars unless service and value is outstanding. This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Usually small communities don’t afford much in terms of high end accommodations, but this hotel hits all the marks. The continental breakfast was very good and provided me with everything I like to eat in the morning. Our room was more than spacious, comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel in Alamosa.

Very nice three night stay. Staff,room and breakfast were all very nice. Carpets could be cleaner and the internet was horrible. It dropped constantly which was so annoying.

What I did not like was a guest made a lot of noise around 4:am which woke me up and I was not able to go back to sleep.

WiFi is not available, while we were told they are working on upgrading, the only option during our stay was to either hard wire in from our room, which none of my devices have that as an option, or use their computer in the business center. The front desk staff tried to help, but we couldn’t connect our entire stay.

Our stay was great. The breakfast fast delicious. One day someone made green Chile and it was delicious. I appreciated all the staffs friendliness.

Check in was seamless. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean, but on the smaller side, and the bed comfortable. No outside noise in room. Breakfast was excellent.

We always can depend on Hampton inn being consistently nice. Alamosa isn’t much of a town but it’s so worth it to see Great Sand Dunes Ntl. Park. Nowhere else in town we would stay. Lovely hotel, would stay again.

Reserved 2 rooms on 1 reservation. Hampton only showed 1 on their end. Was forced to pay more than was promised through Hotels.com Was told I was out of luck because I booked through a 3rd party. I will not be staying at anymore Hilton Properties.
