I’ve stayed at Ritz Carlton’s that were not as clean as this hotel! It was immaculate! The night clerk, Diego, was cleaning when we arrived. The lobby smelled fresh and clean, and so did our room. My daughter loved the strawberry and blueberry waffles. The beds were so comfortable and the room was quiet even though we were very close to the elevator. I’m not easily impressed but they are doing everything right at that property!

lask of cleanliness, room was very dusty and when I mentioned it to front desk, they shrugged it off and didn't appear to care.
