The front desk was helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was warm and welcoming. We were able to meet with family in the main area enjoying a quick glass of wine. He even offered us wine glasses so we did not have to drink of paper cups. A sweet gesture that did not go unnoticed. Especially since I was there for my father’s funeral.
Parking was tight at right. The hotel was busy and parking was limited.

Bed smelled like somebody drank heavily and that stinch stayed on the bed

Rooms were extremely comfortable and pool/hot tub was fabulous.
Breakfast was lacking. Food was empty in the containers, no waffles, sausage biscuits sandwich and empty coffee. Eggs felt like few days old. We attempted to get breakfast at 7:20am. So, it wasn't like they were out of food.

Staff was sorry for breakfast delay.
Breakfast was a struggle, there was only one girl working the desk and one cooking, so the one at the desk had to go back and forth. People had to wait long times or look for items in cabinets for breakfast.
