Near or easy to get to sites in Krakow. Very friendly, bilingual and helpful staff, front desk to restaurant staff. Good selection at the restaurant for meals.

Nice, modern and clean hotel in a very good location near Kazimierz Gallery shopping centre. Good breakfast buffet with multiple choices. Friendly staff in the hotel restaurant. However, staff at the bar did not pay much attention to guests.
Very good food at the hotel restaurant.
Slow checkin.
Since hotel could not meet our original requirements, both our rooms got upgraded.

Everything was of a high standard. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to a shopping mall and within easy reach of the city centre. Another great advantage was that the tourist bus started directly from the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
