Except for some technical difficulties with remote curtains and water pressure in the executive suite, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. Staff above all were very accommodating, with smiles and positive energy.

Wonderful staff. We had a sink leak and told the front desk and they fixed it right away.
I would suggest renewing the carpets in the rooms because they are getting outdated. However, the room is comfortable and clean. Also, the breakfast could be better.
The location was excellent and the connection to the mall is convenient.
