So this property looks like it’s been through some stuff during Covid. Half of the property seems to be falling apart. The room we were in was fairly beaten down. Bathroom was in shambles with shattered tiles, ash and mould everywhere in the bathroom. The worst part was that they overbooked us and said our reservation could not be accommodated. They ended up finding “1 room’ for 4 of us to share instead of our 2 rooms reserved. We couldn’t do anything but to accept the room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Yikes. We showed up here for our reservation, and after standing around for several minutes, we were finally greeted by a hotel staff member, who informed us that we could either have a room with double beds now or wait an hour for the queen bed we had booked. Given that we were tired and hot, we decided to just take the room available. We were walked across the property, past a tiny pool with a cast of skeevy characters gathered around it, to a ramshackle hut that was technically on the beach. We stepped inside and honestly had to laugh - it's no more than a shack, with 2 small, uncomfortable beds inside, a shelf, and a safe that looked as if it could be picked up and walked away with. The "bathroom" was no more than a hot cement room with a toilet in one corner and a shower head over a drain in the other. We stayed just long enough to log on our phones and find accommodation elsewhere. When we went to check out, about 30 minutes after arriving, the front desk woman didn't seem at all surprised, so I get the feeling this has happened before. In short - if you're a young backpacker looking for an extremely budget-friendly option for one night, I guess this would suffice (though there are probably hostels nearby with equal rates and nicer accommodations). If you're anyone else...skip it.

Stayed here for 2nights for the full moon party. Basic room, we had a fan room which was okay obviously if you can get air con do so! 2 pools to relax by one nicer than the other and the resort is basically on the beach as well. Small supermarket and street food close by also a nice cafe for breakfast! Also had regular shuttles to Haad Rin for full moon party for 100Bht each. Would recommend as a short stop over. Think it’s actually called ‘Relax beach resort’ now.

This place was terrible. Walked in with giant spider on the floor, filthy sheets, couldn’t lock door from the inside. I live in a tent half the year and I’m not picky but this place was disgusting we walked in and walked out to find another room. Everyone was disappointed who we talked to

We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. At the time of check in they have given only 2 rooms. Late in night they have given one more room. But we never get the 4th room. Lastly they refund the amount upon very arguing that to not full amount of 4th room for 2 nights. When we check in the rooms water qas not available in bathroom . It started after 2 hrs. The only thing nice was the location of the resort. Right on the beach. Cheap price sometimes costs more..
