The room was big and spacious which is a rarity in Japan. While it was a very comfortable room to stay in, there was a strong mouldy smell in the room that did not go away until we opened the window. There was visual dust on lamp ropes, TV, and some oily finger prints on the cabinets. But that pretty much it. I would 100% still stay there for the onsen and spa amenities. They were the highlight of the trip! Everything was clean, functional, comfortable to use, and very accommodating. The onsens with the saunas were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this place for everyone.
Breakfast was also not bad, I would give it a 7/10. Food was fresh, clean and pretty tasty. Nothing crazy, but good enough for breakfast time.
I would still highly recommend this place.

This is the king of all onsesns in Japan that you get to use for free anytime while staying at the property. There are a few rules like no shoes at all in the entire place, but once you learn them it's all good. The area is great in the heart of shinsekai with dozens of options to eat. I have just booked another stay since I liked it so much. Oh and the breakfast and the gym are really good too.

2 full levels devoted to Onsen! Top floor has a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Great variety at breakfast. next to a fun neighborhood.
