This is a typical APA hotel, with rooms that have most of the amenities you need. It is in a great location next to a transportation hub and close to a conbini and restaurants. Despite being on a busy road, the room was quiet enough for a good sleep. The room was clean and staff were polite and friendly.
The bed/mattress was sagging/unsupportive. I also couldn't find a laundry machine on any of the floors (which you would commonly find in business hotels, so that was somewhat surprising). If you travel with lots of luggage/are big on shopping, the room may feel small.

The staff were fantastic. Spoke great English, very helpful at check in. Friendly the entire time we were there. Breakfast was tasty - we tried both the Japanese and Western options. When it came to going, we tried to book a taxi the day before to go to the airport. Staff said none available, and referred us to the airport bus which was a GREAT suggestion. Cost effective, literally right across the road, and so easy to use. Worked out so well not needing a taxi and great to know if we come back. The room is not cleaned every day but they give you fresh towels if you want them, which is all we wanted and it was all very easy to manage.
Absolutely not the fault of the staff or the facilities, the location is great but it's very close to the train line. The first few nights we had very poor sleep due to trains which seemed so loud at night, and one night there was track work. I wouldn't have called us light sleepers but we definitely felt like we were getting woken up a lot from the trains. It would make us hesitate to book such a long stay there (we had 6 nights) because we aren't used to so much noise overnight. Can't fault the hotel facilities or staff at all, just unfortunate.
