The hotel: The staff were absolutely so kind to us, super helpful when ever we had a question. Thankful for the cleaning staff that made sure our room was clean and comfortable ready for bed every night. The coffee machine was fabulous, perfect for having a cuppa infront of an incredible view. We've never stayed at a Marriott hotel before but I would say this has changed us. Thank you so much for having us and making our stay so great. Would Definitely recommend. You will be seeing us again in the future for sure.
Location: absolutely perfect location to travel anywhere! We traveled with 6 and 8 year old children and having the station right under the hotel was perfect especially after long days being able to walk to a lift and arrive back to out hotel was the best. Heaps of shopping and entertainment near by. Plenty of food as well. Heaps of options.

Good location .
In room dining was limited and the food was below average for Japan.
Tried to order a takeaway coffee and was told yo go down stairs to the cafe below. Agreed to sit down instead of ordering coffee to take away. Asked if my wife could please have oat milk and was told if I want oat milk to go down stairs to the cafe…. This is outside of the hotel .
Went to go to have breakfast buffet at the hotel . We waited for 3-4 mins while the person working at the entrance to the restaurant was just staring at her screen and didn’t event acknowledge my wife and two kids . Eventually they managed some tome to greet us and then said it’s 920 you have to be out by 10am even though the restaurant said it was open for breakfast until 1030am . It was the 1/1/26 so maybe she was tied …
