Spa World has everything you need. You could literally live at this hotel without ever needing to leave. If you do need to leave, the location is phenomenal. Close to two metro stations and plenty of street food, as well as the zoo.
The summer break crowds were overwhelming and breakfast was insane with so many people. From a guest experience design point of view, there is room for improvement. Standard rooms in the new building are tiny with hardly any room to move. Upgrade to a superior room if you can.

A lot of things to do, food court, entertainment, spa and pool great location near osaka tower and main touristic atractions
Maybe the rule of not shoes in all the hotel you have to leave your shoes at the entrance most places in japan leave it only for the room here is all the hotel a little bit inconvenient

The attached facilities despite having more up sells than Freemium in app purchases (Asian floor tfornmen the month we visited) but the rating is for the hotel only, not the Onsen.
Dirty run down rooms , lights behind the bed dusty , bathroom miserable and more rules than a Victorian boarding school. Checkout is 10am. And you don't get to your room even 1 minute before 15:00. The whole place seems to be staffed by students on summer break. No sign of leadership anywhere.
