Staff very warm and welcoming. Great location near a range of train lines including KIX airport. A range of shopping centres close by as well as sites such as zoo and temple part of the Osaka Amazing Day (or 2 day) pass. Breakfast had a range of offerings. I liked how they featured particular Osaka dishes.
Keep in mind peak commuter times as it can get overwhelming as navigate especially with luggage out onto the footpaths from the hotel. This is not about the hotel but its surroundings.

Everything was great. The hotel location was very good, and we got it at a very good price.
The only thing is it can be a little bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the area as there are a lot of buildings and exits after you come out of the train from the airport.

Location. You won't get into the rain or sun while walking to the train stations.
Room logout was good. Spacious.

Excellent location. Right next to the very handy Tennoji Station, and very close to some great isakayas.
The room was on the slightly smaller side. The hotel was a little bit confusing to find - it is easier to find from the 2nd floor bridge section. There is no coin laundry service, only a laundry-on-request service - something to bear in mind for those staying in Japan for a longer time!
